Step by Step Guide on How to Use the Application & Student Portal

HOW TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION​

To Apply for Admission, please follow this simple steps below:-
  • Visit the school website www.zumarockcollege.com.ng/
  • Click on the button “Click to Apply for Admission or Apply for Admission Today
  • Type in correctly your First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone No in the fields Provided. The click on the Button “Pay Now
  • Click on the button “Payment For The Application Form” (This will generate a confirmation details showing you the amount you will pay) then on the button “Generate Payment Invoice”)
  • Click on the button “Pay Via Remita” ( This will link you to Remita payment gateway where you choose your preferred payment method e.g Card, USSD,Bank etc) then on the button “Submit”
  • Select a payment option (Card, Bank Branch, USSD, e.t.c) If your Payment is successful, this will redirect you to the portal and generate an Application No (please copy and save your application no for future reference)
  • Fill the various fields with your details (Name, Phone No, date of birth, email, address, educational qualification, applied course, passport upload etc)
  • Then click on the Button “Submit

HOW TO CHECK YOUR ADMISSION STATUS

To Check Admission Status , please follow this simple steps below:-
  • Visit the school website www.zumarockcollege.com.ng/
  • Click on the button “Click to Apply for Admission or Apply for Admission Today
  • Click on the button “Login” (Do you have your form number? Login ).
  • Type in correctly your Phone No and Application No (e.g ZHT/2014/0192)
  • Click on the button “Login & Continue” 
  • Click on the button “My Admission” ( If admitted, you will get a congratulatory message telling you the approved programme)
  • Print your “Admission Offer Letter” and you can Download the “Joining Instruction
  • Then proceed to pay your acceptance fees.

HOW TO PAY YOUR ACCEPTANCE FEE

To Pay your Acceptance Fee, please follow this simple steps below:-
  • Visit the school website www.zumarockcollege.com.ng/.
  • Click on the button “Click to Apply for Admission or Apply for Admission Today“.
  • Click on the button “Login” (Do you have your form number? Login ).
  • Type in correctly your Phone No and Application No (e.g ZHT/2014/0192).
  • Click on the button “Login & Continue” .
  • Click on the button “My Payment”  then on “Acceptance Fee Payment“.(This will generate a confirmation details showing you the amount you will pay) then on the button “Generate Payment Invoice“)
  • Click on the button “Pay Via Remita” ( This will link you to Remita payment gateway where you choose your preferred payment method e.g Card, USSD, Bank etc) then on the button “Submit“)
  • Select a Payment option (Card, Bank Branch, USSD, e.t.c) If your Payment is successful, this will redirect you to the portal and generate a Temporary Admission No (please copy and save your temporary admission no for future reference)

HOW TO PAY YOUR SCHOOL FEE

To Pay your School Fee, please follow this simple steps below:-
  • Visit the school website www.zumarockcollege.com.ng/.
  • Click on the button “Student Login“..
  • Type in correctly your  Admission No (e.g DCH/2014/0192) and a default Password0000” (you can change your password at anytime)
  • Click on the button “Login ” .
  • Click on the button “My Payment”  then on “School Fee Payment“.(Choose the type of payment “Full” or “Part)
  • Click on the button “Pay Via Remita” ( This will link you to Remita payment gateway where you choose your preferred payment method e.g Card, USSD,Bank etc) then on the button “Submit“)
  • Select a Payment option (Card, Bank Branch, USSD, e.t.c) If your Payment is successful, this will redirect you to the portal and generate a payment receipt (please copy and save your temporary admission no for future reference)
